1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the bd1 platform and the user. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are effective for the bd1 website, mobile platform and all related services.

bd1 is an online gaming and entertainment platform that offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming services. You must read and understand these Terms in full before using the platform. If any part is unclear, please contact our support team.

2. Eligibility and Registration

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd1 offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• All bonus offers must be used within their specified validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

bd1's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%, Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%, and Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%. You can gradually advance to higher tiers through regular play. VIP benefits are subject to change and bd1 reserves the right to modify the program's terms at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on the bd1 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully impartial.

• The individual rules of each game apply.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bd1 will provide an appropriate resolution.
• For games left incomplete due to network issues, bd1's decision is final.
• Exploiting any error or bug in the game software for advantage is prohibited.
• Courteous behaviour towards the dealer is required in live casino games.

6.1 Betting Limits

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd1 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or participating in bonus fraud.
• Hacking, cheating or using any automation tools in game software.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means (money laundering).
• Harassing other users on the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or playing with another person's funds.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bd1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Before closing an account, bd1 will attempt to notify the user by email. The opportunity to withdraw legitimate funds (excluding bonuses) will be provided before the account is closed, unless closure is due to fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability

bd1 is an entertainment platform. The possibility of losing money in gaming activity always exists. bd1 is not liable for:
